We really enjoyed every detail about our perfect 10/10 4 nights stay here. The location was best possible, close to Zoo. Bread and cereal for our breakfast were brilliant!

Truly exceptional place with helpful staff and free wi-fi. Elegant room and pleasant communication with the staff.

Was a decent base for weekend. Had a very pleasant stay in a centrally located hotel with nice personnel and facilities, enjoyed stuff and location. A good choice of options for breakfast including bread and cereals.

Staff were pleasant and the hotel was attractive, it had perfect location next to the museum. Even though the whole experience was fairly nice, the bed in our room was very narrow.

Ordered breakfast, it was pretty poor, it should be much better, really.

I loved strategic location and how the place is neat. The room was exquisite and unique and the bathroom was luxurious. Beds where exceptionally comfortable, people working there were charming. The hotel was perfectly located.

Exquisite room, outstandingly accommodating staff, marvelous location. There were fresh cheese, bakery and pastries to start the morning with. Gorgeous view of canal. Service was excellent too. Local juices and coffee in the downstairs bar, reasonably priced parking place: D

ideal location, fast check-in. it's normal double with good beds and magnificent views. perfectly located close to the main tram stops.

The staff was amazing friendly, breakfast was generous and location was fab. Delightful room with plastic furniture. We loved the sandy beach near our hotel. Popular restaurant and pool bar available. Good value, taking into account other Krakow's options.

Quite bad views and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

I loved location and food on site the hotel. Traditional building, fairly clean and twin bedroom. The bkfast staff paid attention to every detail.

The hotel was clean enough, and we liked a BRILLIANT location. Fabulous venue in local area. Also, it was near for visiting a medieval gothic gate tower.

The hotel of choice in Krakow. Superb service, homelike atmosphere, quiet location. Yoghourt and cereal were served for breakfast.

staff and food could not have been more terrific. the downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. we would stay here again when visiting krakow.

10 minutes walk from the railway station ( Krakow Glowny ), and near restaurants. Good value for the price

So handy, 10 minutes to train station and a 5 minute walk from the main market square

Restaurant food was great. The hotel's setting was in front of such tourist attractions as cloth hall. In love with polski pod bialym orlem. Lagiewniki district won't disappoint you.
